New Forum Area Added

Thanks to a suggestion from Rivanna (Karen) , we have added a new forum area under special topics called "Culture and the Arts". it provides a more definitive area for such things as movies, music, TV shows, and art related to Progressive Christianity. We will be moving topic threads to that area that are more appropriate there and defining any guidelines for that area shortly. Feel free to start any related threads to those categories at this time.

Also please note glintopewter (Dutch) will now be filling the capacity of a global moderator with full moderation privileges in all areas. Please continue to give heed to his moderation decisions and suggestions and give him the respect he deserves for all his volunteer work in keeping this discussion board organized and running in an orderly fashion.

Senior member Rivanna (Karen) has agreed to keep organized and moderate the Culture and Arts area and contribute where she can to adding some balance and perspective to our moderating team decisions. Karen has been a member here since july 2006 with an excellent peer rating and her posts while not numerous for the time she has been here have always been concise and most meaningful contributions. Please welcome her in her new capacity as an area moderator.
