Oh gosh Aletheia, that's just too sweet!!!!!!!

I read someplace, that you are given a family to come into this world thru and you spend the right of your life finding a family that you really belong to.

I agree. What's funny is, it took me most of my life to "find" my mother as my mother. LOL!. What I mean is, it's only since becoming an adult, moving away from home, getting married and moving back close to home, that my mom and I have developed the relationship we now have.

 

My dad and my sisters are another story. :(

Yeah that's true. I went thru a period fo time when I was thinking my parents caused all my problems, etc. Let's say, maybe I had a late adolescence or something as I was just almost too good as a teenager. Anyway, it took a long time to really appreciate my parents.

 

And even though my sister's religious hammering gets in the way at times, she and I are getting a lot closer.
