As its happening with other denominations, the SDA is struggling with conservatives vs liberals. Everyone is looking to see what the General Conference President will do next. Although there is not yet a mention of splitting the denomination, you never know what the future will bring. I pray for denominations that are experiencing this as we speak, that the Holy Spirit will inspire the leadership toward finding a way forward and that we see ourselves as one unified body.

I just joined this forum and i can agree with what you have seen over time. I'm not here to argue, I'd rather make friends and get along with others. I hope that your experience here will be peaceful and uplifting.

I'm Bi-polar, I got saved through a major depressive episode when I was 18. I only got diagnosed as Bi-polar in 2011. I pray that God will help you navigate through such a trying time that you are experiencing.

I've been a believer for some 40 yrs, first as a Pentecostal and now as a Seventh-Day Adventist. I go to a conservative congregation, the percentage for the denomination is 60% conservative, 40% liberal. I respect the word, I am mostly liberal and I hope to make friends here.
