Must be able to handle a fast-paced schedule that will leave you exhausted. You will be expected to plan and implement attractional events that our students rave about.
You will be a part of a high-flying group of ministerial professionals who are dedicated to pouring into and challenging each other. You will lead a team of passionate student ministry superstars who will be tasked to push you and each other to greatness. This job is not for everyone. The way we do ministry requires a servant leadership mentality that always puts the students first. We do not micromanage, but we expect to have the best student program in Austin. Only those with prodigious desire to be excellent should apply.
