Hey Y'all!

[Noodles]

Hi!! 👋 I'm new here. I'm a liberal/progressive Christian (United Methodist). I came here looking for a space & community where I can (hopefully) fit & not be ostracized, attacked, criticized, interrogated, & judged for my beliefs. I'm surviving in a super conservative southern town & don't have any friends here. My church is the only place I found that I fit, but that's a whole state away. (I attend online in livestream.) 

I love noodles & bread. I like cold spaghetti for breakfast. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Part of the reason I picked "Noodles" is b/c I love noodles & can eat them any time of day all week, but also b/c one of my doctors nicknamed me Noodle.

I try to be kind & get along w/ people. I'm super random & impulsive. Sometimes I don't even know what I said or did until after I said it or did it. I blame my ADHD for that. 

I guess that's all I got for now 🙃

(Also, the TOS looked like they got cut off when I was reading them. I couldn't scroll further down. But I'll do my best to behave.!!)

I'm in Australia and very happy to say that we don't really have super conservative towns over here (religion's not that much of a big deal in Australia), but can imagine your pain.  I'm glad you're finding some sense of community with your online Church.

Welcome to the Forum and I hope you enjoy reading and participating here.  Feel free to browse (there are heaps of previous discussion threads), comment on any thread, or even start your own thread to kick something off.
