FredP Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 We got a mailing last week from a book club called One Spirit (http://www.onespirit.com). They're having a pretty nice sign-up offer: 5 books for $2 (plus S&H of course, so it's more like $15, but still), with 4 more books to buy in the next 2 years. Pretty decent selection. Quote
AletheiaRivers Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 I belonged for a while. Perhaps the selection has gotten better in the last couple of years, but when I was a member it was bad. Month after month I struggled to find a book I was willing to pay full price (plus shippng) for, in order to meet my obligation. They do have a decent selection of Buddhist and New Age books, but not so much in the Christian department. If you are into "natural healing" they have a great selection of herb, yoga, vitamin and cooking books. Quote

My wife just happens to be into the holistic health and cooking scene, so between the two of us, we can come up with 10 books to buy. Quote
AletheiaRivers Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 If they still have Michael Murray's "Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine", I highly recommend it. Quote
