We are looking for a high energy rock star who brings passion and excitement to every event. Must be able to handle a fast-paced schedule that will leave you exhausted. You will be expected to plan and implement attractional events that our students rave about. You will be a part of a high-flying group of ministerial professionals who are dedicated to pouring into and challenging each other. You will lead a team of passionate student ministry superstars who will be tasked to push you and each other to greatness. This job is not for everyone. The way we do ministry requires a servant leadership mentality that always puts the students first. We do not micromanage, but we expect to have the best student program in Austin.
