fatherman
I've come and gone from this forum since 2004, although I lurked quite a bit before then. This forum has been such a helpful place for me on my faith journey. I'm in a quite different place from when I started, though. I still identify as a progressive Christian, but I'll also say that I've grown a little more orthodox over the years. I've still got quite a bit of a mystic in me, too. I don't really intend to be the most active member here, but I thought it worth introducing myself before I continue on with discussions here. I'm a minister of music at a United Methodist Church. I do a lot of thinking about and planning of worship.
JosephM
Fatherman, Welcome back. All your old posts are still intact here. So glad you stopped back in and happy to hear you feel you are progressing in your journey. I'm sure there are many still here that recognize you and you know you are always welcome to participate in this community as one of 'us', where there is no 'them'.
