Isn't it time that we who believe in what Jesus of Nazareth taught and who try to follow his teaching and example take back the magnificant name of Christ from those who profess to represent Jesus, and yet promote just about everybody BUT Jesus instead? Since 1997, we "Liberals Like Christ" have been exposing the tremendous contrast between Christ's teaching and that of the imposters who call themselves names like "the Religious Right", the "Moral Majority", the "Christian Coalition", etc., etc.
We started out penniless and will probably remain such because instead of asking our friends and supporter for money, we follow Jesus' example and urge them to help THOSE IN NEED.
