Director of Administration

Package : Total compensation package commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities :

C3 is seeking a Director of Administration with substantial experience
in not for profit management and successful fund development. The Director
will develop, implement and expand fundraising initiatives which focus
on the promotion of C3's progressive vision both locally and globally.
Other responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing operations,
developing and maintaining community contacts, budgeting and overseeing
financial management. Minimum of 3- 5 years nonprofit and fundraising

Experience must include :
Fund development, financial management, budget development,
organizational development, PR and marketing, human resource management,
computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, excellent
interpersonal skills
