Here is a TCPC resource database from the TCPC.org Site that may help...
Go here .... http://www.tcpc.org/template/index.cfm
Go to the right side of the screen and the third box down will allow you to select a State and then click find.
Not all TCPC affiliates are listed but quite a few are and might be of help on your search.

How come not all affiliates are listed?

It seems some organizations that are progressive have decided at this time they are not ready to affiliate as a group, but their clergy or leadership may list themselves as an individual under TCPC. When they do decide you will find them listed on the TCPC.org site. Four new ones have just been listed on the home page.
