I think I am somewhere in between

"Maybe, I grew up as a Christian but I don't really practice anymore or think about it much"

and

"Maybe, Jesus is (one of my) primary spiritual role models and sources of inspiration"

which puts me in "Yes" column for the second question.

I could have marked the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th ones... I had trouble figuring out the second poll. I finally realized I was "No, #2"
