If you find that your views with regard to Christianity differ significantly from those that you encounter here and you are a PC holding a commonality of agreement in principle with the 8 points of TCPC you may state your view and why but not enter into debate or disrespect an opposing view. If you wish to challenge or debate start a new topic in the debate section, have at it but still be respectful of the other person as an equal creation of God.

Can we build community here where Love reigns over significantly different beliefs?
If so, how do we do that?
If not, Why can't we do that? Or what changes do you see necessary?

Yes Joseph, we can. The church that Fred Plumer served for 20 years is a great example. I know, it is my church. Step one is to create a safe place. Step two, open your doors to all. Step three, understand compassion for the least amongst us. Step four, act on these principles and don't just talk about them.

Micah 6:8

That is what we strive for at my church. We have very different theological ideas, but out goals of loving God and loving our neighbors unite us. There's no need to separate ourselves from others who have the same quest but are travelling a different path.
