Okay, is is 2:30 a.m. I've had various boughts of insomnia and I am about to travel (supposed to get up in 2 hours). My left leg is getting these strange sensations as is my left arm. I've had it before in my arm but never to the point that I just couldn't sleep at all!

*sigh*

Wow, you're 3 hours behind me! West coast, I suppose? :)

Sorry about the insomnia and weird sensations :( Hope you managed to get in some sleep, and that you're feeling better!
Peace, love, and God bless,
McKenna

Hi OA,

I know you're on a trip, but I hope by the time you read this your discomfort will have cleared up.

The human body is puzzling, n'est-ce-pas?

Love Jen

I'm wondering, too. Are you back at school now? Hope you're okay. Best, Jen

Turns out I had a rare reaction to a medication prescribed by my Doctor. I'm off the medication. I slept most of the winter and am only having marginal problems sleeping now. YEAH!
